Tee shirts do not telegraph “I’m taking this seriously”.
At a certain level taking it seriously is enough and people stop bothering you about what you’re wearing.
Maybe we should actually focus on how competent people are at something, rather that these arbitrary bullshit details.

That’s why I have several plain white and black shirts that I rotate throughout the week for video meetings, so I look the same every time. If some takes a screenshot, you won’t be able to tell what day it was just by looking at what I was wearing.
