Do you use any sort of proxy that does image caching? Like a Squid server?
Because it looks like something passed you a lowered quality version, or just downloaded 1/2 of the data and gave up on the rest.
Weird. I’m using Boost and it’s even worse than the other one compression wise. No proxy server or anything fancy.
