The poor English may also be intentional to suggest irony or facetiousness in the meme as a whole. Apostrophes are not exclusively for possessives. In language, they can also indicate a contraction, among other uses. You’re the second person on this post to call out the apostrophe, but neither of you called out the capital F in “Fact’s”.
