Harsh but true. The downvoters aren’t interested in reading the reality of the situation, and it does suck to see entire countries being treated as expendable pawns, but that’s just how the game of global politics is played.

There is a reason why the west is not authorizing Ukraine to strike more aggressively deep within Russia even when Ukraine put in the hard work and made the sacrifice to counter the invasion.

It’s shocking how many calories are in food and how much exercise it takes just to work that off. The easiest weight to lose is the weight you don’t gain.

I guess it depends on the local job market and the type of company. I saw free coffee at the smaller companies around here, but the larger companies didn’t offer it (at least not by the time I started working). It blows my mind that they’d cheap out on coffee when it’s a productivity booster. Well, if they want to be petty with saving a buck, so can I. I’ll be catching up on sleep at the office.
